I'm unable to read Japanese. Will this limit my enjoyment of your books?
Since we deal in art books, our books are heavy on illustrations & photos and light on text. And some books have English translations as well. We have carefully selected the very best Japanese tattoo and art books with non-Japanese speakers in mind.
I live outside the United States. Can I place an order?

Do you charge any additional fees?
No. We only charge for the price of the book and the shipping fee. We charge no hidden or extra fees. However, your country's customs office may charge tariffs, taxes and duties. For more information, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

Absolutely. Our secure servers and PayPal shopping cart protects all your personal information.

How do I check my order?
After we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you another email with your shipping information and tracking number. If you do not receive an email from us, it may have been blocked by your email's security software. Please contact us if you do not receive an email from us within two days of placing your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders shipped via EMS Express Airmail shipping generally arrive within one week to most countries. EMS also supports an online order tracking system. Economy Airmail takes about 10-50 days, and may be delayed during prime shipping seasons such as Christmas-time. If you are in a hurry, we strongly recommend the EMS Express Airmail shipping service.
I placed an order but I haven't received my package.
All merchandise shipped from Japanese-Tattoo-Art.com is registered and insured. A delay may occur when using the Economy Airmail shipping service. Please contact us if you do not receive your package within two months. We will investigate the matter with the Japan Post Office.
I was away for a long time and my purchase was returned to Japan. What's next?
Please contact us and explain the situation. We will re-send your package one time at no additional cost to you. If you would like a refund instead, we can refund ONLY the purchase price. Please be aware that the shipping fee will NOT be refunded.

Returns Policy
We carefully pack and address all of our shipments, so only in very rare instances is merchandise lost or damaged during the course of delivery. However, if your package has been lost or damaged in transit, please report it to us at support@japanese-tattoo-art.com. Upon recipient of your complaint, we will open an investigation through the Japan Post Office. This investigation generally takes four to eight weeks. If the investigation determines that the package has indeed been lost or damaged, we will take one of the two following measures, depending on how you chose to ship the original package. If the original package was shipped via EMS Express Airmail shipping, we will send you a replacement immediately. If the original package was shipped via Economy Airmail, we will reimburse you the amount of the insurance as covered by the Japan Post Office which is maximum US$50.00. We use delivery confirmation on all orders, and cannot send replacements on orders that have been reported as delivered.
