Since we deal in art books, our books are heavy on illustrations & photos and light on text. And some books have English translations as well. We have carefully selected the very best Japanese tattoo and art books with non-Japanese speakers in mind.
Do you accept returns?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. As long as returned book(s) remain its original condition, we will refund the full price of the book(s) purchased. However We do not refund shipping costs unless there was an error on our end.
Are the sold out books ever back in stock again?
Yes, we re-stock sold out books as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us for its estimated arrival date.
Do you ship to APO addresses? What about PO Boxes?
Sure, we can ship to both with no problem.

How do I check my order?
After we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you another email with your shipping information and tracking number (Express Airmail ONLY). If you do not receive an email from us, it may have been blocked by your email's security software. Please contact us if you do not receive an email from us within two days of placing your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders shipped via Express Airmail shipping generally arrive within one week to most countries. Express Airmail also supports an online order tracking system. Economy Airmail takes about 7 - 14 days, and it can be delayed due to any circumstances. If you are in a hurry, we strongly recommend the Express Airmail shipping service.
I placed an order but I haven't received my package.
A delay may occur when using the Economy Airmail shipping service. Please contact us if you do not receive your package within two months. We will investigate the matter with the Japan Post Office and send you the replacement immediately.
I was away for a long time and my purchase was returned to Japan. What's next?
Please contact us and explain the situation. We will re-send your package one time at no additional cost to you. If you would like a refund instead, we can refund ONLY the purchase price. Please be aware that the shipping fee will NOT be refunded.
