Economy Airmail
Delivery generally takes between 10 - 50 days. During prime shipping seasons (such as Christmastime) the service can be delayed, so it is not recommended for those who need to receive their package quickly & securely. Items are insured for up to US$50. Online order tracking is only available for the Japanese leg of the delivery. Once the package has left Japan, it cannot be tracked on the Internet.
EMS Express Airmail
The best way to order products from Japan for those who want their orders quickly & securely. Orders to the United States usually arrive in under 7 days. Online order tracking is available for all orders, and insurance covers up to US$1,000.

- What is the highest possible shipping discount?
- The maximum shipping discount rate is 50% off, which will apply to orders of 10 books or more.
- How do I receive your refund? How long does it take?
- If you complete your payment through PayPal, we will refund the shipping discount fee through PayPal as soon as we have confirmed your payment. You will receive an email that tells you when the refund has been completed, within one or two business days of the completed payment.
