I'm unable to read Japanese. Will this limit my enjoyment of your books?
Since we deal in tattoo books, our books are heavy on illustrations & photos and light on text. And some books have English translations as well. We have carefully selected the very best Japanese tattoo and tattoo art books with non-Japanese speakers in mind.
Are the sold out books ever back in stock again?
Some books are already out of print. Please do not hesitate to contact us for details.
Do you ship to APO addresses? What about PO Boxes?
Sure, we can ship to both with no problem.
I live outside the United States. Can I place an order?

Do you charge any additional fees?
No. We only charge for the price of the book and the shipping fee. We charge no hidden or extra fees. However, your country's customs office may charge tariffs, taxes and duties. For more information, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. Our secure servers and PayPal shopping cart protects all your personal information.

How do I check my order?
After we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you another email with your shipping information and tracking number (Express Airmail ONLY). If you do not receive an email from us, it may have been blocked by your email's security software. Please contact us if you do not receive an email from us within two days of placing your order.
There is no email in my inbox after 12 hours of the order. What do I do?
Make sure that you do not have any spam filtering software enabled that is intercepting the message. If you have disabled your spam filtering and still do not receive the message, you will need to contact your web host for further assistance.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders shipped via Express Airmail shipping generally arrive within one week to most countries. Express Airmail also supports an online order tracking system. Economy Airmail takes about 7 - 14 days, and it can be delayed due to any circumstances. If you are in a hurry, we strongly recommend the Express Airmail shipping service.
I placed an order but I haven't received my package.
A delay may occur when using the Economy Airmail shipping service. Please contact us if you do not receive your package within two months. We will investigate the matter with the Japan Post Office and send you the replacement immediately.
I was away for a long time and my purchase was returned to Japan. What's next?
Please contact us and explain the situation. We will re-send your package one time at no additional cost to you. If you would like a refund instead, we can refund ONLY the purchase price. Please be aware that the shipping fee will NOT be refunded.
