Return Policy

We carefully pack and address all of our shipments, so only in very rare instances is merchandise lost or damaged during the course of delivery. However, if your package has been lost in transit, please report it to us at support@japanese-tattoo-art.com.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. As long as returned book(s) remain its original condition, we will refund the full price of the book(s) purchased. However We do not refund shipping costs unless there was an error on our end. When you return the book(s) please make sure to use a box with babble-wraps. Shipping can be really rough. We will NOT accept return shipments in an envelope. Please take a good care. If the book gets damaged, you will not receive the full price of the book(s).
